The National Lottery Authority (NLA) would like to bring to the attention of the staking public, media, lotto discounters, lotto marketing companies and other stakeholders that the payment of Winning Tickets/Prize after every draw would slightly delay for a number of days due to the following reasons: 1. NLA    Cautions Public Against  Lotto Fraudsters The National Lottery Authority(NLA) would like to caution the general public, media and the staking public not to fall victim to the operations and activities of lotto fraudsters who are using different platforms and communication strategies to dupe unsuspecting Ghanaians. The lotto fraudsters and social media miscreants have defrauded a lot of  unsuspecting people through several Facebook accounts/pages, WhatsApp platforms and other social media handles they have created using the  Name  and Logo of National Lottery Authority(NLA) in different formats. The National Lottery Authority(NLA) shall NOT be responsible for any losses incurred by unsuspecting people who are defrauded by these lotto fraudsters and social media miscreants. Assin South: Independent Parliamentary Candidate And Four Others Granted GHC 100,000.00 Bail For Breaching COVID-19 Protocols  Mr. Joseph Kofi Damtse, an independent Parliamentary aspirant for Assin South and four others arrested by the Assin-Fosu police for allegedly holding a rally at Assin Awroso without regards to Covid-19 protocols have been granted a sum of GHC 100,000.00 bail by a Cape Coast Circuit Court on Monday. The suspects were granted GHC 20,000.00 bail each with two sureties, one surety to be a government worker earning not less than GhC 1,500.00 and will reappear in court on Monday, August 3.
