Do Not Castigate The Leadership Of Achimota School.

Do Not Castigate The Leadership Of Achimota School.

Under the 1992 Republican constitution there is no right that is absolute...

The right of every individual is subject to respect for the right and freedom of others and the public interest....per Article 12(2)...of the 1992 constitution...of which everybody is basically using against the heads of Achimota School.....

What is happening in Achimota School now....bothers on public policy considerations.....

And on issues of public policy considerations no individual interest and rights are better served than public interest and consideration.

The school has its own  rules and regulations within the confines of the 1992 constitution of the Republic, of which every students who so wished to be admitted must follow and conform to.

Under the 1992 constitution and I quote:

Article 14(1)(e)...states that individuals personal liberties and entitlements have exceptions, especially people of school going age and are below 18years.

And I quote:

Article 14(1)(e).....For the purposes of education or welfare of a person who has not attained the age of 18 years....there are exceptions to full enjoyment of his personal rights and liberty....as stated under our laws...

So who said the leadership of Achimota School is going contrary to the demands of the 1992 constitutions...

I believe we all have a lot to learn ...but by so doing...

Standards must be observed in order to uphold our institutions and pay attention to rules and regulations in order to achieve a harmonious society we all crave for....

Much thanks for ur indulgence .......
