Mr. Eric Baidoo Presents Mechanized Borehole To The People Of Assin Dompim/NVTI Community


A US based businessman, Mr. Eric Baidoo popularly known as Brother on the 31st December 2022, commissioned a mechanised Borehole for the Dompim/NVTI Community.

Mr Eric Baidoo, an indigene of Assin Foso is vying for the position of NPP parliamentary candidate to represent Assin Central for the upcoming primaries which currently has Hon. Kennedy Agyapong as the incumbent member of parliament for the area.

Access to potable drinking water at Assin Dompim/NVTI Community has been a perennial challenge as residents trek distances to get water.

The commissioning of pipe borne and a mechanized water system has brought a sigh of relief to these communities.

At Assin Dompim/NVTI, the people with joy and happiness, blessed and asked God’s guidance and protection for the incoming parliamentary candidate as the community will from now enjoy portable drinking water.

The NPP Polling Station executives and the elders in the area revealed to the media that they reached out to Mr. Eric Baidoo about the devastative nature of their Borehole which is the only source of water in the community provided by the Assembly about 15 years ago. 

Mr. Eric Baidoo during his first tour in his quest to become the next MP for Assin Central, inspected the said project and promised the community a new mechanised Borehole.

The people of Dompim/ NVTI Community were very happy since Mr. Eric Baidoo honoured his promise and together with his team commissioned a new mechanised Borehole for them. 

Speaking at the event, Mr. Eric Baidoo commended the elders of the community and the polling station executives for ensuring the smooth completion of the project.


Various dignitaries including the Municipal Cheif Executive, Mr. Fiifi Baako, the Constituency Chairman Mr. Atakorah Amaniapong and other Constituency executives commended Mr. Eric Baidoo for his generosity and the good things he is doing for the good people of Assin Central. They also charged the community to make sure they put up a good maintenance culture for the sustainability of the project.
