Mr. Frank Asante Grabs Another Position As Director Of  Communications For Assin Akropong Youth Association The Executive committee of Assin Akropong  Youth Association wishes to inform the members of the association and the entire  community that new executives have been appointed to perform duties that will help accomplish the goals and objectives of the association.  The Committee, after holding series of meetings with respect to achieving more in the years ahead decided to bring on board result oriented  individuals to hold positions that will help in diverse ways to accomplish our mission as an association .  The following are the new Executives and the positions they occupy;  Mr Fred Owusu Adjei -Deputy Project Manager  Mr. Philip Doudu - Director of Operations   Mr. Alfred Kofi Nifa -Deputy Director of operations  Mr. Seth Acquah -Deputy Finance officer.   Also, Mr. Frank Asante, Project Manager now doubles as the Acting director of Communication untill further notice since Mr J

ADAKLU DISTRICT RECORDS 10 YEARS OF ZERO MATERNAL DEATH 20/02/23 VR:  The Adaklu District in the Volta region marked its 10th annual performance Review meeting with the theme "Achieving the universal health coverage in the midst of covid -19; the role of stakeholders’’. The District Director Mr Mathew Ayamba on his welcome address acknowledged his predecessors for the marvelous work done since the creation of the district.  According to him, the district recorded zero maternal deaths in the last 10 years amidst a myriad of challenges. He further disclosed that, Ante Natal Care (ANC) coverage saw a marginal increased from 66.7% in 2021 to 68%in 2022 with MR2 coverage increasing from 67.7% in 2021 to 72.7% in 2022.   JOBerg Foundation Hands Over Keys Of House To Winner Of ‘Taking The Homeless Home Award’ Just after few weeks of winning the 2022 maiden “Taking The Homeless Home Awards,” Mrs. Helen Kalayi has been handed the keys to a one-bedroom semi-furnished house as promised by JOBerg Foundation, the organisers of the awards.    In addition to the house, she was given an undisclosed amount of money to invest it in her business. Mrs. Kalayi beat off competition from four other candidates shortlisted for the prestigious award. Mr Frank Asante Donate To SOS Children’s Village in Tema The project manager for Assin Akropong youth Association Mr Frank Asante on 1st January 2023 stormed Tema SOS Home Valco House with huge donation to his 2 year old friend 'suley' The items which includes Bags of Rice, Bottle water, non-alcoholic beverages, Biscuits, Gallons of oil, Liquid / powdered soap, Milk, Tissues and many more. Mr. Asante has for years been giving to the facility, and has encouraged others to do so.  Mr Frank Asante visit other orphanage facilities every year but this year, he decided to visit facility Tema SOS Home Valco House with some friends and associates who share in the spirit of reaching out to the less privileged. This donation follows the friendship between him and one of the children at the facility over the passed year.
