Character Assassination of JDM in the Airbus Corruption Scandal....Dr. H. Kwame Afaglo

Am surprised and disgusted that some learned folks in NPP and in government of Ghana erroneously opted to malign JDM and asking him to resign as the flag bearer of NDC, over the Airbus corruption scandal.

Let me ask those learned folks if they ever remember their Jurisprudence 404 with its fundamental underpinning being, _one is innocent until proven guilty_?

Why in 2020 should we allow ourselves to repeat the mistakes of travesty of justice that did plague the world some centuries back?

The issue of Airbus corruption and Ogyakrom (GH) is before an investigations team, so a little patience would be needed and the actual names of the coded language will become known.

If the main investigators in their legal wisdom opted to use codes instead of names in heir report that should advice us in  Ogyakrom of the hurdle ahead in using names at an unverified end, so not to vilify, malign, shame and make another loose respect before the publics  that he deals with.

_Just a slight but related diversification here_
_Once upon a time in a secondary school, an item  was stolen and a shred face student was named as the culprit just because the claimant thinks he saw his back at the crime scene. This shrewd faces student was hooted at by almost every student including the tutors such that he has to drop out._

_Few months after, in another incidence of a dimming hall scramble over meals one acquired the other of being the thief instead of the shrewd faced student._

_What a miscarriage of justice and harm to the personality of the innocent._

_Fairness being God’s handiwork, the shrewd face student after dropping school got a job as an IT apprentice and as the years went by he rose to be the head of IT with industry customized softwares_

*Generically, if NPP folks aren’t cautious, they will end up making a martyr out of JDM who is a regular bloke seeking a comeback to power*

_All things works for good for those who love the Lord_

Please fellows, it is prudent to use codes and await the actual names to be provided by UK Serious Fraud Office in this Airbus corruption case, than character assassinate JDM just because his opponents tag him as corrupt, they repeated it over and over without he countering, which later gained currency and led to his defeat in 2016 elections.

Innocent until proven guilty

C/R: Assin Oboba Kokorowa Pupils Are Forced To Study In Dilapidated And Death Trap Building The fate of over 500 pupils at the Assin Obobakokrowa D/A Basic School in the Assin North District of the Central Region hangs in the balance as they learn under dilapidated structures. The the Assin Obobakokrowa D/A Basic School has not seen any major rehabilitation since its establishment in 1970s. Parents and residents in and around the community are appealing for urgent assistance due to the deteriorating condition of their classroom blocks .  The school's infrastructure has become unsafe, forcing pupils to learn under dire circumstances. Parts of the aluminum roofing sheets are rusting away, while their remains hang loosely on the tiny erected concrete pillars. Class sessions end abruptly whenever the clouds gather.  “Our roof is ripping off. And when it rains, it leaks into our classroom, so we have to end classes.  “When it leaks, our books get wet and we are not able...
