NIGERIA-GHANA LEANING EXCHANGE VISIT ON PRISONERS CLASSIFICATION AND PROMISING PRACTICE IN CORRECTIONAL MANAGEMENT A WORKING VISIT TO ANKAFUL MAIN CAMP PRISON On Wednesday 13th April, 2026, Ankaful Main Camp Prison hosted a high-profile working visit from eight Nigerian delegations comprising Correctional Officers and three United Nations officials. The visit, aimed at fostering a bilateral exchange on prisoner classification and promising practices in correctional management, was facilitated by DDP. K. Abuaku-Ameyaw, Commandant of the Prison Officers Training School in Accra. The delegation was officially received by the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the station, CSP. Linda Anyema-Ma Apore. The core of the visit centered on the prison’s vocational and agricultural initiatives.
