QUALITY EDUCATION IN ASSIN NORTH: AKOSUA BAAKO FOUNDATION SIGNS HISTORIC PARTNERSHIP WITH NSS AND NSPA FOR YEARLY  EXTRA CLASSES.


The Chief Executive Officer for Akosua Baako Foundation, Mr Charles Opoku has signed a Historic Partnership with Assin North National Service Secretariat(NSS) and National Service Personnel Association(NASPA) for yearly extra classes to improve Quality Education in the Assin North District of the Central Region.


The CEO of Akosua Baako Foundation, Mr Charles Opoku donated Gh¢9,200 to Assin North National Service Secretariat(NSS) and National Service Personnel Association(NASPA) and signed this historic partnership for yearly extra classes based on the surprises the beneficiaries of the extra classes caused in the last year West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results.


Over 100 SHS students and people who couldn't pass all their exams in the 2020 WASSCE were taught to improve their academics and also prepare them for the next exams during the extra classes in the 2021 edition.


Speaking to the media, The Assin North National Service Secretariat(NSS) Director, Mr Stephen Asamoah who is Popularly known as *Ghost* rained praises on *Mr Charles Opoku and Akosua Baako Foundation* and also confirmed how beneficial the said extra classes caused in the last year's WASSCE and term Exams in various schools.


 He also donated 15 buckets of Paint to Assin North Senior High And Technical School(ANSTEC) as his social responsibility to his Alma Mater to beautify the school and advise the students to stick to their books for a brighter future. 


 *Finally* Akosua Baako Foundation CEO Mr Charles Opoku went to Assin State College(ASCO) to inspect the abandoned uncompleted dining hall and put proper mechanisms to renovate the Dining hall into Multi-Purpose Resource Centre. 


Since he has become who he's today through a scholarship he had in 2002, he also pledged to give scholarships to the 4 best SHS students in Assin North District yearly to further their education in any of the tertiary schools in Ghana starting this year 2022.
